Program Details:

Deaf Literacy Program is taught through classroom instruction by Instructors whose first language is sign language. Instructors use ASL/MSL when teaching. The program uses Nova Scotia Adult Learning Program curriculum, and focuses on improving reading, writing, math and life-skills.

Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursday evenings from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at the Bell Road Campus, Nova Scotia Community College, 1825 Bell Road, Halifax, Nova Scotia B3H 2A4.
