Program Details:

Newfoundland and Labrador Association of the Deaf is a non-profit association that serves and advocates on behalf of the Deaf community in Newfoundland and Labrador. The Newfoundland and Labrador Association for the Deaf provides deaf literacy programs to adults in the community and educational opportunities that will enable them to become more self-reliant and lead to independent lives. The Deaf Literacy Program is intended to enable Deaf learners to become more functionally literate in order to actively participate in economic, social, and cultural activities in an English-literate society.
